WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR PODCAST RECORDING SESSION

The four ideas behind every podcast recording session at Studio Analogue

A door that knows your name.

Cheryl meets you at the door herself. The podcast set is customised to your show before you arrive. Backdrop, tabletop, every detail the camera sees is customisable to fit. Bring what sets your brand apart.

Professional microphones that showcases your voice.

We record on Shure SM7Bs, the same broadcast microphones used by the world's most listened-to podcasts. Four of them available, so every voice in the room gets its own clean track.

Episodes that compound.

A studio session is a reason to show up in person - for you and your guest. The conversation is different when you're in the same room. Episode by episode, the show builds something. This is a body of work that resonates. Choose from 60 or 90 minute sessions.

The session that moves the show forward.

You walk out with the raw audio and 4K video files. But the more important thing you leave with is clarity - on the show, on your voice, on where the next episode is going.

Add the producer tier

If you'd like Cheryl actively shaping the episode with you - concept, pre-production, hosting prep, editorial input on the cut - that's available as a producer add-on. Many clients book the producer tier for their first three to five episodes to get the show right from the start.

ABOUT THE STUDIO FOUNDER

Cheryl Lau is the founder of Studio Analogue. A podcast producer and host, a working podcaster, and the practitioner who runs every session in the room.

Outside the studio, Cheryl helps business leaders and organisations across Singapore create a podcast they’re proud of, one that’s substantial, distinct, and built to last.

Before moving into podcast production, Cheryl worked in research. That background shapes everything about how she approaches strategy: with curiosity, rigour, and a focus on long-term impact.

Based in Singapore, Cheryl has worked with numerous brands, solopreneurs, and organisations across Southeast Asia, and is recognised for her work at the 2025 Asia Podcast Awards and the 2023 Golden Crane Awards.

At Studio Analogue, every session is run by Cheryl personally.

Not a rotating operator or freelance contractor, but the same practitioner who built the room.
